LATE DELIVERY
IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT US AFTER 30
DAYS OF RECEIVING THE DISPATCH NOTICE
PLEASE understand, we cannot do anything once the parcel has entered the mail system, we have tracking facilities for
you to use, but we at Charlie Harper Shirts cannot do anything to influence or control the mail service. We can only use the
same facilities as you have right here on our website.

Your order was dispatched as advised, you have the parcel number provided by the Post Office which proves we have sent
it, we can do no more than that, unless
30 days have passed, in which case we will ask the dispatching Post Office to
investigate. We are at the mercy of the mail system just like you .If you need the dispatch information, parcel number etc
sent again, or  if you want a copy of the original receipt "proof of posting" then please ask and we'll email it to you.

There are also guidelines and suggestions on the
tracking page for you to follow regarding late deliveries.

PLEASE DO NOT repeatedly email us asking "where's my order", "When will it arrive" as once the order has been
dispatched you have ALL the information we have and unless 30 days have passed we are powerless to do anything
accept wait.

Once 30 days after the dispatch date have passed then we can report the problem to the dispatching Post Office and we
must follow the procedures set by the Post Office, who then have to contact Post Office services in your country etc, all of
which takes time for them to reply to enquiries and trace the parcel.
The parcel is insured so don't worry, your money is safe.

Post Office International Agreement

The exchange of international mail is governed by the Convention of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the Postal
Parcels Agreement, to which all member countries are signatories. The Convention and the Agreement set forth the
methods of exchange,
the inquiry procedures, the limits of liability, the determination of responsibility, and the payment of
indemnity for international mail articles.
Per UPU regulations,
inquiries on articles mailed to international destinations must be filed by the sender with their
own postal administration and senders cannot contact Post Office services in other countries directly about
International deliveries.
We genuinely understand that you may be concerned that your order is late. Please DO NOT WORRY, the Post Office
system does not always operate as it should, or as we would like it to, and delays are quite normal for many Countries
when processing International parcels because the Customs Authority is involved. You have been given all the details of
your dispatch and there are Tracking facilities available on this website
