A word about Shipping costs !
WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM SHIPPING, We merely pass on whatever we are charged by the Post Office, in
some cases of Registered Airmail and almost ALL cases of Express we have to pay more than you are
charged. The Express Service starts at 25.00 GBP for just one shirt! Parcels are charged based on weight, the
more shirts you buy the heavier the parcel and subsequently the more charges there are. International mail is
not cheap probably because of the ever increasing fuel charges etc. This is NOT our fault and we are NOT
responsible for what the Post Office charges.

My parcel is LATE arriving what do I do ?

We understand your concern and in our experience there
is usually a very simple explanation.

1. Have you waited 28 days after the dispatch notice?
2. Have you checked to see if perhaps a neighbor
accepted the parcel for you ?
3. If delivered to you workplace, did a colleague
accept the delivery?
4. Perhaps the Mail man tried to deliver and you were out,
couldn’t get a signature and is holding the parcel at the
local mail office? they don’t always leave a
calling card as they should.

The parcel may also possibly be delayed in Customs,
being an International purchase it will have to pass
through your Countries Customs Authority before entering
the mail system.

At Christmas the increase in mail volumes can also have
an effect on delivery times.

In our experience the above provides the answer
in 99% of cases.
Is the parcel insured ?

YES, dont worry your money is safe and IF the parcel was
to be lost then we will handle everything for you.
I've checked ALL the above and still havnt received the
parcel, what now ?

Email us and we'll begin "lost" procedures and tracing the
parcel by its Registered Number, you may have a copy of
the proof of posting/receipt if you wish. The tracing system
can take a little time as we may have to deal with more
than one country and wait for responses. DONT worry we'll
handle everything and keep you informed along the way.
All we ask is that you are a little patient whilst we handle
everything for you.

STANDARD REGISTERED AIRMAIL SERVICE
IS GENERALLY 14 DAYS


We use International Registered Airmail. This
uses the normal mail service of the country and
requires a signature on both dispatch for proof of
sending and on delivery.

Express Service is available at
additional cost. (NOT available to ALL Countries)

ALL items without exception WILL require a
signature on delivery. If an item is returned to
us as "undeliverable" you will have to pay for it
to be re-shipped.

Deliveries to the USA & CANADA even when
shipped immediately MAY take up to 14-21 days
to some areas.
PLEASE remember we cannot control how the
Mail service is performing!

As our shirts are Tailor Made the whole process
MAY take between 21- 30 days to complete as we
process your order, make the Shirt for you,
pack,ship direct from our Tailor and deliver to
you in your Country.

"SPECIAL ORDERS" SOMETIMES take up to
14 days to produce and then a further 14+ days
shipping to you. It is best to allow up to 6 weeks
for this process.
BUT IS USUALLY MUCH SOONER

The last thing we want is for our customers to be
anxious over deliveries and like to make them
fully aware of the procedure when purchasing via
the internet and from another country.
