RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION  POLICY

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your purchase we have a
FULL REFUND policy.(not p&p) for any  manufacturing faults/issues.

If you are unhappy with your product in any other way you may return it for a  REFUND of the garment
price
(not p&p) provided THE GARMENT HAS NOT BE WORN, labels etc have not been removed and
we are notified of its return to us  
within 14 days of receipt and
WE RECEIVE IT BACK AT THE TAILOR NO MORE THAN 28 DAYS LATER.
There will be a 20% Handling/restocking fee.
If a Refund is applicable the payment will be returned by the same method the purchase was made.

F YOU HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BY MISTAKE.
Provided it is NOT a
Special Order or has NOT been Embroidered then the order can be
EXCHANGED BUT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS
AND THE ABOVE RE-STOCK FEE = 20%
You MUST notify us WITHIN 14 days of receipt
and we receive the order back at the Tailor within a further 28 days.

"SPECIAL ORDERS"  and EMBROIDERED SHIRTS
CANNOT BE RETURNED REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED

PLEASE ensure you obtain a RETURN CODE from Customer Support
BEFORE returning any items.
Items returned without this code WILL NOT be accepted on delivery.

THERE ARE SPECIFIC GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS WHICH WILL BE GIVEN VIA EMAIL WHEN WE
RECEIVE THE RETURN REQUEST, IF THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWED
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.

Notification & Return periods are extended for Christmas Gifts
to 30 days notice and 30 day return


CANCELLATION

As the garments are "Tailor made" specifically for each  purchase there are conditions regarding
"Cancellation" of an order. An order may be cancelled within 5 days of purchase without penalty.
After this time we apply a sliding scale for refunds as we will have incurred costs.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.

with-in the first 5 days - FULL no quibble REFUND
6 - 10 days 50% refund of garment price
11 -14 days 25% refund of garment price
Over 14 days - NO REFUND
Shipping  costs stated at purchase are ALWAYS refunded in FULL for non dispatched items.

"SPECIAL ORDERS" CANNOT BE RETURNED REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED

Deviation from the above is at the sole discretion of the Management and dependant upon
individual circumstances.
